Poling in Afghanistan started Saturday morning at 7.00 A.M which will continue until evening at 4.00 P.M without break.

Chief Afghan Election Commissioner was the first cast his vote, while a long queue of the men and women voters seen waiting to cast their votes. 

Afghan President Hamid Karzai cast his vote Saturday in the election that marks the start of his country’s first-ever democratic transfer of power, as he steps down after serving the maximum two terms in office.
